LeVeck Lighting, now a division of Control Smart Lighting (CSL), is the region’s leading business to business lighting solution provider. We help businesses, government agencies, and educational institutions by being their trusted adviser for all their lighting needs. We are currently accepting resumes for a self-motivated team member to fill our Project Manager Position. This position will work cooperatively with sales and operations to deliver lighting solutions to our customers.

Duties and skills
Manage all business aspects of multiple concurrent projects and ensure financial targets are met while maintaining established safety, quality and efficiency standards.
Perform field surveys to the highest accuracy.
Supervise, mentor and positively coach Field Supervisors and Field Lighting Technicians.
Actively maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and quality of service.
Assist with management of all activities associated with materials, budgeting, and production for assigned project(s).
Plan and schedule resources to meet project expectations.
Act as liaison with customer and project staff (including Sales Reps and Field Supervisors) to properly identify and process scope changes, address material or technical issues, communicate regarding project milestones, etc.
Manage project related correspondence and documents through designated document management systems.
Safely operate bucket trucks and multiple lift devices.
Communicate with appropriate vendors for items such as rental equipment and vehicles.
Administrative tasks such as paperwork filing, checking employee times worked, hotel bookings, etc.
Read basic electrical schematics for troubleshooting and installation of new equipment.
May be required to test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, use appropriate testing devices to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
Work from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Plans layout of wiring and installs wiring, conduit, and electrical apparatus in buildings.
Diagnoses malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, ballasts and lighting fixtures, and replaces damaged or broken wires and cables.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Present a professional image to customers and vendors.
Able to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines.
